Bank Transfers
We accept most forms of payment and our engineers have the latest chip & pin machines onboard,for a fast & secure payment method on site.We also accept cash,cheques,paypal & bank transfers.
All works are strictly payment on completion whilst the engineer is on site unless prior arrangements have been agreed in writing.Invoices can be emailed or printed on site by the engineer,on completion of works.
Accounts can be arranged once credit checks have been carried out and our terms and conditions have been agreed to.Accounts may take up to 28 days to arrange.
If you do not have an account with us we may allow 48hrs to pay in certain circumstances but this will be decided on an individual basis and confirmation of this may be required in writing before we proceed with any works.
Deposits Required
- Deposits may be required to proceed with certain works,normally where products are made to measure or specifically built to the customers requirements.
- Toughened glass and master key systems are two examples of where deposits will be required or pre-planned works involving two or more engineers on site.
