Patch fittings come in many different forms.These fittings house things like locks,hinges and pivots for glass doors.Beneath the patch fitting cover they are bolted to the glass door. When these become loose you lock or pivot will then be misaligned and this will prevent you from locking your door.It will also effect the glass door alignment and will result in your glass door scraping and dragging on the floor.

Bottom & top rails house the glass,locks and pivots securely and these are bolted together and then covered with a stainless steel cover plate.When these bolts become loose your glass door rails will then move and this will effect your glass door locks and pivots.Resulting in misalignment and faulty locks not operating correctly.Flooring will be marked and you may not be able to close the glass door at all and you may then need an emergency glass door repair.

Glass door floor springs control the speed at which your door closes.Fitted in the floor(hence the name) they can be adjusted to allow you to speed up or slow down the glass door speed.When the floor spring is faulty the door will slam shut and this will cause damage to glass surrounds,locks and possibly people!We replace floor springs on the same day and prevent further damage or injury.

Glass door locks are usually housed in the top & bottom rails or patch fittings situated top,bottom or the middle.These can become loose and move preventing you from locking your glass door so we can adjust these and realign them.Glass door locks can become faulty over time and we repair or replace all glass door locks if required.These can be fitted with the same key for convenience and also with high security cylinders for added security.
